Yes. The $11 Eco & Fuel Recovery Fee covers pickup of any item that is predominantly metal by weight — washers, dryers, stoves, water heaters, scrap metal, lawn mowers, and 70+ other items. Items must be outside or in an accessible garage. Specialty items like refrigerators (freon), TVs, furniture, and mattresses carry small surcharges on top of the $11 base. All pricing is published upfront — no surprises.

The $11 covers our fuel and routing costs, and we earn revenue by recycling the scrap metal at our recycling facility. Competitors pay to dump material in landfills. We get paid for it. Same-day service is typically available throughout the Indianapolis metro area — from Greenwood to Carmel, Avon to New Palestine. During business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 9am–2pm), we typically respond within the hour. Most pickups happen within 24 hours of the request.

No. Contactless pickup is standard. Just place your items outside or in the garage, and our team picks them up during the scheduled window. You don't need to be present, sign anything, or interact at all. Many customers schedule before work and come home to a clean driveway.

Upon returning from each route, items are sorted, processed, and shipped to recycling partners. All of our recycling follows local and national recycling regulations. We recycle thousands of tons every month, keeping material out of the waste stream.
